Mr. Timothy Maertz holds a Bachelor of Science, Architectural Studies degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and has an additional background in art. Tim is a Registered Architect in the State of Wisconsin and the State of Illinois.Tim has 30 years of experience in the architectural field. His back ground includes planning and design of education, healthcare, government, DOT work, religious, single/multi-family housing, retail, office, manufacturing and commercial projects. Projects include all phases of design, construction, on site reviews and facility studies/planning. Tim began his career working in construction on various projects from residential to commercial learning how important the interaction is between the designer and the contractor first hand.Tim is a Member of the American Institute of Architects and is a Charter Member of St. Bernard’s Church in Appleton, Wisconsin.
